Wilderness tips
Search for the bears! Wilderness is associated with wild animals. Unfortunately these animals are difficult to see. However, it can be really exciting to follow the trail of the animals in the evening or early morning when the chances to see them are the greatest. During the search the guide can give you all kinds of information, show you traces of the animals and teach you how to read them. Being so close to the animals at times when the forest is really deserted makes you feel part of nature. This is an interesting trip for all people who want to learn in an interactive way.
Nightwalk - campfire stories - preparing food on fire The cabins that are located near the two lakes on the top of the Fjäll are about an hour’s walk from the main entrance. The hike to the cabins is not dangerous though not the easiest either. To make this tour in the moonlight or with torches is a unique experience. After arriving at the lakes, make a fire, prepare food and tell stories, and no other sound you hear than that of nature… this is the real Scandinavian outdoor life. Sauna- ice fishing (Scandinavian winter experience) Why not go ice fishing? Afterwards warm up in the sauna and take a dive in the lake.
Dog-sledge tour - overnight in wilderness cabin Spending the day outside, with the animals in the snow. Warm clothes and good food, prepared on self-made fire in a cosy cabin far from civilisation.
Survival in Lapland A one day survival tour can show how exciting European wilderness can be. This is a day full of adventure and challenge.
