Things to do

Summer outdoor activities
Horseriding: Ride through the most impressive parts of the park on well maintained horse riding trails 

Walking/hiking: The area is suitable for walking and hiking - 132km of marked trails offer possibilities for all difficulties.

Cycling: Cycling in the park is only allowed on public roads. There are many possibilities in the buffer zone. A system of mountain bike trails was established in 2002.

Winter outdoor activities
Cross-country skiing:
This is a special way to discover the area in winter time when some of the walking trails are inaccessible.

The unique character of the area is highly interesting for nature photographers both in summer and winter.

Birdwatching: Over 200 birdspecies are found in the park. Among others the rare spotted eagle (Aquila pomarina), Honey buzzard (Pernis apivorus) and Golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) can be observed. Bieszczady's mountain forests are the perfect breeding place for many rare woodpeckers and owls because of abundance old trees full of nest-holes.
