Cees F. J. Slager
Chairman
Mr. Slager is CEO of Molecaten - Perpetuem Progress International B.V. As an entrepreneur he has built up a great deal of national and international experience concerning investment opportunities and managerial matters. He is an expert in tourism and will support the PAN Parks Foundation with his commericial and tourism knowledge. He is chairman of the Supervisory Board of PAN Parks Foundation.

Willem H. J. Guitink
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Guitink previously worked for Philips Electronics in different positions playing a leading role in the global change process of Philips. Following his retirement he became CEO of MCE (Management Centre Europe). He is currently a partner of Ray & Berndtson, a leading executive search organisation. Being an expert on managerial matters with great international experience Willem Guitink will be able to mobilize interest towards PAN Parks and help the Foundation in organisational matters.

Hans Voortman
Treasurer
Mr Voortman is an expert in private banking as well as nature conservation. He previously worked at Mees Pierson Bank and had been a Board member of WWF Netherlands before becoming its Chief Executive Officer. Being in this position, he helped PAN Parks get a 3-year financial commitment from WWF Netherlands and will help the Foundation take further steps towards financial self-sufficiency. 

Marc van den Tweel
Secretary
Mr van den Tweel is Director of Marketing & Communications of WWF-Netherlands. He is managing a department of forty professionals in the field of fundraising, corporate communications and communication productions (internet, television, magazines). He is also responsible for the volunteer network of WWF-Netherlands.
He began his career in journalism, later on he worked for more than ten years in marketing and corporate communications at several companies and as entrepreneur. Before he joined WWF, he worked as management consultant and interim manager with Twynstra Management Consultants for international companies.
