Any amount is officially considered a donation.
PAN Parks Foundation is registered under Dutch laws. The foundation is considered an 'ANBI' (public benefit organization) by the Dutch tax authorities. Individuals, companies and other organisations registered in the Netherlands may deduct donations to PAN Parks Foundation from their taxable income (applied to income tax, the company tax and inheritance tax). However please note that deduction of any donations is subject to a threshold and a maximum amount derived from your aggregate income. The threshold is 1% of the aggregate income subject to a minimum of € 60. The maximum deduction is 10% of the aggregate income. The threshold and the maximum do not apply to donations in the form of periodic payments effected for a minimum period of 5 years.
