European Ecotourism Network

PAN Parks Foundation is an active member of the Steering Committee of the European Ecotourism Network. Our foundation also participates in the enlargement of the network through promoting it throughout our network of tourism partners. United Nations Decade on Biodiversity

PAN Parks Foundation was a partner in the International Year of Biodiversity, which was a very important leverage for getting the public attention for halting the biodiversity loss. The UN Decade on Biodiversity offers a very good global framework for enhancing the protection of wilderness! We will use our partnership to highlight the important role of wilderness areas in protecting biodiversity and to generate wider public support for wilderness protection. www.cbd.int/2011-2020
The Million Project is supported by several NGOs

Information and Nature Conservation Foundation - Within the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding, PAN Parks Foundation and the Information and Nature Conservation Foundation confirmed their mutual interest in improving the protection of Europe’s existing wilderness areas and set concrete actions towards the guaranteed protection of wilderness in Bulgaria as part of The Million Project. www.ecologybg.com
